Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace: which is better?
If your team lives in Word, Excel and Outlook, Microsoft 365 is usually the better fit. If you prefer working in the browser, Google Workspace is simpler. We explain both before you choose.
Who pays the monthly licence?
You do, directly to Microsoft or Google, in your own account. You keep full ownership.
Will we lose email during the move?
No. We copy everything first and switch over once it is ready, usually out of hours.
Can you add new staff later?
Yes. We can set up new starters and remove leavers whenever you need.
