About these terms
These terms apply to work done by [Your full name], trading as RGB Tech Solutions ("we"). Your written quote or contract may add to them; if they differ, the quote or contract wins.
Quotes
- Quotes are fixed prices for the work described and are valid for [30] days.
- Prices shown on this website are starting prices; your quote confirms the final price.
- If we find something during the job that changes the work, we agree any extra cost with you before doing it.
Payment
- Invoices are due within [14] days unless your quote says otherwise.
- For larger jobs we may ask for a deposit of up to [50]% to order equipment.
- Equipment remains ours until it is paid for in full.
Hosting
- Hosting is billed yearly in advance and renews each year unless you tell us [30] days before renewal.
- Your website content and domain remain yours; we help you move them if you leave.
Site support contracts
- Each contract states its start and end dates, days, hours, response times and price.
- Either side may end a contract early with the notice period written in it.
Cloud services
AWS, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 are provided by Amazon and Microsoft under their own terms. You pay them directly; we charge only for our setup and support work.
Guarantee
We fix any fault caused by our workmanship free of charge for [12] months. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which we help you claim.
Your data and backups
Before we work on a computer or server, please make sure important data is backed up, or ask us to do it first. We take care, but cannot be responsible for data that was not backed up.
