Backup and data recovery in London

Backups that run themselves, and restores that actually work

Hardware fails, files get deleted and ransomware happens. We set up automatic backups to a local NAS, the cloud or both, then test that you can get your data back.

Problems we solve

Sound familiar?

No backup at all

Everything lives on one laptop or server. One failure and it is gone.

A backup nobody has checked

Many backups quietly stop working. We set up monitoring and test restores.

Files deleted or overwritten

Version history means you can go back to yesterday's copy.

Worried about ransomware

A separate, protected copy means you can recover without paying.

How it works

Step by step

  1. Review

We find out what data matters, where it lives and how much you could afford to lose.

  2. Design

We recommend a backup setup: local, cloud or both, and how often it runs.

  3. Set up

We install the backup, schedule it and switch on alerts.

  4. Test

We restore real files to prove the backup works.

  5. Handover

You get a short guide on how backups work and how to ask for a restore.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Local or cloud backup?

Both have strengths. A local NAS restores quickly; the cloud protects against fire, theft or flood. Many businesses use both.

Does Microsoft 365 back up my email?

Microsoft keeps your data available but is not a full backup for deleted or overwritten items over time. A separate backup covers that.

Can you recover files from a broken drive?

Often, yes. Tell us what happened and we will look at the options, including specialist recovery for badly damaged drives.

How do I know the backup is working?

We set up alerts and test a restore before handover, so you know it works.
